1. What services does DJ Insomnia LLC provide for destination weddings?

• DJ Insomnia LLC offers comprehensive entertainment services, including DJing, MCing, and logistical support. Our team ensures a seamless musical experience that aligns with your vision for the wedding.

2. Can we request specific songs for the event?

• Yes! We encourage you to submit a music request list or use our music selection planner form at least two weeks before your event. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, though availability of specific tracks cannot be guaranteed.

3. Who is responsible for travel arrangements for DJ Insomnia LLC?

• The client is responsible for providing 2 roundtrip flights from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) to the nearest airport to the venue. Ground transportation from the airport, to the hotel, and back must also be arranged by the client.

4. What are the accommodation requirements for DJ Insomnia LLC?

• The client must provide hotel accommodations for at least two staff members with check-in one day prior to the event and check-out one day after. Hotel rooms must have a minimum of two queen beds or double beds.

5. Do you require meals to be provided during the event?

• Yes, if a buffet is not available, meals must be provided by the venue. For destination weddings, if the hotel/resort charges all-inclusive fees, these must be covered by the client. If not, a daily food and beverage fee of $250 per person applies.

6. What is required for outdoor events?

• For outdoor events, the client must provide a 10x10 tent to cover the DJ booth area. Failure to provide adequate covering will result in a breach of contract, and services will not commence until the equipment is properly covered.

7. When is the final balance due?

• The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days before the event. If not paid on time, DJ Insomnia LLC is not obligated to provide services. We accept cash, certified checks, or ACH transfers. Credit card payments are accepted with a 3.5% processing fee.

8. What happens if the event is canceled or postponed?

• In case of cancellation due to government-mandated COVID-19 restrictions, we will waive the final payment requirement. For postponements, your non-refundable deposit can be applied to a future date within 12 months of the original event date.

9. Are deposits refundable?

• All deposits are non-refundable unless DJ Insomnia LLC cancels the engagement.

10. Can you help us coordinate with third-party vendors for audio-visual equipment?

• Yes, we can assist in connecting you with third-party A/V companies. However, payment and coordination with these vendors will be the client’s responsibility.
